All meetings start at 2:00 pm (EST), with presentations 2:00-3:00 pm, followed by a business meeting 3:00-4:00 pm. January 14, 2024 - Tom Odom will discuss fossil and mineral preparation. Bring a specimen if you want to try some cleaning techniques.
February 11, 2024 - Catalina Tome, Paleobiology Curator at the Indiana State Museum, will give us a tour. Our meeting will be held at the Indiana State Museum.
March 10, 2024 - Chauncey Collins, a vendor from our Greenfield show, will speak about his gem filled pyramids.
April 14, 2024 - Randy Patrick returns with a talk about Paleontological Ethics.
May 19, 2024 - James Tharp spoke about the Kentland meteor impact and shatter cones.
June 9, 2024 - Warren Brennan is speaking about gemstones of Brazil. The meeting will be held at 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. at the Eagle Branch of the Indianapolis Public Library.
