2021 Annual Show!

The 500 Earth Sciences Club hosts an annual gem, mineral and fossil show the weekend after Labor Day each year. Admission and parking are free. Three buildings at the Hancock County Fairgrounds in Greenfield are filled with over seventy vendors. They offer a dazzling array of minerals, fossils, rocks, jewelry and other items for purchase. Beads and jewelry making supplies and lapidary equipment for cutting and polishing stones are for sale. A food vendor is also on site.

Proceeds from the show are used for scholarships and other beneficial awards to local universities,  museums and youth organizations studying the earth sciences.

This year's show will be held at the Hancock County Fairgrounds September 10-12.
